Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Evolix Technology LLP. We strive to provide the best services to our clients. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds will be issued.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Service Cancellation: Clients may cancel their services by providing written notice to Evolix Technology LLP at least 14 days before the commencement of the service.
  • Project Cancellation: If a project is canceled by the client after it has commenced, the client will be responsible for all work completed up to the cancellation date and will be billed accordingly.

3. Refund Policy

  • Service Fees: If a service is canceled by the client before it begins, a full refund of any prepaid fees will be issued.
  • Project Fees: If a project is canceled by the client after it has commenced, refunds will be issued on a pro-rata basis, depending on the amount of work completed.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable, including:

  • Custom software and app development projects once development has started.
  • Graphic design services once design drafts have been delivered.
